P&kt
A Staple is a packet. A packet is Pakt.
Spoken: pact. A boutique transformation firm, built to install SITP — the commitment protocol — at the top of the enterprise.

One name, three layers

Pact

An agreement between two parties. Human & agent, entity & commitment — recorded, not remembered.

Packet

The unit of the protocol. A Staple is a packet: the promise ships like data.

&

The assignment mark of the commitments manager. The symbol that assigns the work sits inside the name of the firm that installs it.

The firm

Pakt sells behavior change at CEO level; the commitments manager is what the behavior change runs on. Furniture stores look like rooms of furniture so a buyer can see what the room could be. Pakt exists for the same reason — to show an enterprise what good looks like built on SITP, inside its own walls, in ninety days.

“We don't just assign tasks. We establish a P&kt.”
LAND

Advisory opens the C-suite.

RUN

The commitments manager becomes the daily operating cadence.

FLOW

The engagement converts to software, and the software to Staple flow.

The first ninety days
One department. One quarter. A number the board can read.
01 · DIAGNOSE · DAYS 1–30

Establish the baseline slippage rate: the share of commitments that drift, drop, or change without realignment.

02 · INSTALL · DAYS 31–60

The commitments manager becomes the cadence. Every commitment carries an owner, a deadline, and a strategy tag. Same & to assign, same colors, same proof.

03 · PROVE · DAYS 61–90

Measure velocity, meeting load, and dropped handoffs against the baseline. Convert the engagement to enterprise software.

The coordination economy starts with one department. Yours.
